The new business jet super-class Praetor 600 received a type certificate from the Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC - National Aviation Service), which was announced in October 2018. The Praetor 600 is one of the most efficient super-medium aircraft ever created, surpassing all of its basic design goals and capable of flying more than 7,000 km at a cruising speed of 881 km / h with 4 passengers on board. “The Praetor 600 exceeds planned performance and expectations and is ahead of schedule. This modern aircraft reflects not only our way of innovation, but also the future vision of our company,” said Embraer CEO Paulo César de Souza e Silva.

The Praetor 600 is the furthest mid-size aircraft capable of making non-stop intercontinental flights between London and New York, São Paulo and Miami, Dubai and London. The novelty is an improved model of the Legacy 450, which received additional fuel tanks, new wing tips and powerful Honeywell HTF7500E engines, thanks to which the Praetor 600 should be the fastest business jet in its class.

Praetor 600 salon has a length of almost 8 m, where you can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Standard equipment for this model includes comfortable seats designed by Embraer. The interior is decorated in a new style, which Embraer calls Bossa Nova. It uses a combination of classic and modern materials - from wool carpets, silk and leather in finishing to carbon fiber in folding tables and stone on the kitchen counter. “Height in the cabin” has become an important factor for business jets, and for the Praetor 600 it has been reduced to the level of the most modern large airliners - approximately 1800 m.
